This can be achieved using Digital Music Pad, MP3 Workstation, or DJ Studio Pro
During playback of a song adjust the speed or pitch using the sliders.
To have the song playback at the new speed or pitch press memorise.
The file is not changed but its name and settings are added to a list.
If it is found in the list the next time it is played these settings will be adjusted.
Press Reset All to delete these settings for all files.
To reset a song press the reset buttons then press Memorise.

Permanently changing Speed or Pitch
This can be achieved using Media Audio Capture
Adjust Speed or Pitch during playback
Stop play, press 'Record' then start play again.
The new capture will be at the new speed or pitch setting.
