Punch In / Punch Out
Use Punch In / Punch Out to decode a selected section of an MP3 song to a WAV file. The WAV file created can also then be encoded back to MP3.
This is an easy way to produce song clips and sound effects for demo's or Web pages.



To create a section press 'Play'.
When you reach the start of the required section press the 'Punch In' button.
This button will change to 'Punch Out'.
When you reach the end of the required section press 'Punch Out'.
The song will stop playing.
Press 'Test' to hear the section you have selected.
At this point you can use the Adjust buttons to make fine adjustments.
Press 'Test' each time to hear the section.
Click on the 'Use when decoding' check box.
Press OK
Now when you decode to WAV only the selected section will be decoded.
